I'm printing black tram roll tea towels and fiddling with the camera on the tripod again (not great results on an overcast day, but getting the hang of it) ...
I just love lifting the screen and seeing a perfect print - it makes my day every time!
In other news, you can now buy Yardage Design homewares at State of Green which is an amazing online store specialising in designer lifestyle products that are sensitive to the environment. You can also read a short interview with me on the State of Green blog here.
Hope you're having a good Frydee!

Hi Nic, just received one of your tram roll t-towels yesterday along with a fabric pack. Love them lots.

The photo looks great... and an overcast day is beautiful for photographing, nice diffused light.
Congrats on State of Green, will head over there soon to read your interview.
The tea towel looks fantastic. I'm in awe of your screen printing skills. I just get myself in such a mess with the ink, it's best I stick to fabric!
Thats a great "at work" shot, and the light is lovely and soft.
Looks great, I love the crispness of the print.
P.S. I've sent in my Melb show comp form, so it's all happening!

Great photo - you are too hard on yourself. The image is really great and captures the moment perfectly. Great to see you in action.
Lovely photo!!!! The tea towels look fab :-)
Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment on my blog.

Hi Nic! I am looking at setting up my own print table at home. I've been looking at different felts for the padding (A grade, FWF, B Grade) and the different thicknesses but not sure which one is best. I'd love to know what type of padding you used on your table?? Felt is expensive so I don't want to pick the wrong one! Had a good read through your archives tonight, congrats on the one year of blogging, it's been a big year for you. Can't wait to have a play printing myself. I made a little moveable printing area out of an old felt blanket stapled to a piece of ply but it is awful to print on. Lumpy, lumpy! Have a good weekend. :)
