it's a spring giveaway ...

Spring has arrived (I'm still on southern hemisphere time ~ especially as there is no sign of autumn here!) and it seems a perfect excuse to have a spring inspired giveaway ... issue 1, 2 and 3 of Mollie Makes magazine (these babies are collectible!) and a (very) limited edition retro canisters tea towel ...

I've been collecting Mollie Makes from the start ~ I just love this magazine. The projects, style and aesthetic are really perfect and make me want to make stuff! These magazines are new/unused and probably quite collectible by now - especially as they all have their little project kits on the front too.

A few weeks ago I was printing my retro spice canisters tea towel, and felt like changing up the colours. I printed this colour combo of pink and tangerine for the lovely Cam, but kept one (this one) to give away. I think the colours are fun and spring-timey, and go really well with Mollie Makes!

To win this little package of happiness, leave me a comment with you favourite colour combination. Let me know if you are a follower of this blog and/or a facebook liker and/or a twitter follower and you'll get an extra entry for each. Everyone is welcome to enter ~ I'm happy to post internationally. Get your comments in by next Sunday (11 September) and I'll draw a winner soon after.

Have a great week!

P.S. New fabric designs and market bags in the Yardage Design online shop.

What a brilliant prize. My favourite colour combinations change a lot - probably blue and green, although I love putty and white, and black and white too. I'm a follower of yours, I'm not on facebook or twitter though.

It's very hard to decide a favourite as it really depends on your colour scheme. Possibly Cam's colours as I am more inclined to go for a simple colour scheme. A generous giveaway and thankyou for the opportunity to enter. Cherrie
PS I am a follower too.

I don't know Molly Makes so would be happy to have a look..and get my hands on that towel, too. My dish towels are so old and boring. It'd be awesome to have more colour in the kitchen.

Speaking of colour, I love blues and greens in any combination, obvs with lots of teal and aqua in the mix. Whoever said blue and green don't go together? Do you even say that in English, in German we do...

Mint and grey is my favourite colour combo at the moment.

I have been trying to decide on whether or not to subscribe to Mollie Makes since it came out (mostly because of the cost) and have consequently missed out on the first few issues so would love a copy of these.

Oh and a follower on facebook and the blog.

Fave colour combo (BUT I WARN YOU, I'M FICKLE - IT'LL BE DIFFERENT TOMORROW) is mustard and grey. Or duck egg blue and mustard. Or duck egg blue and grey. Ahem.

Thanks for the shot at a lovely giveaway (and am I the only one in the world who has never peered between the covers of a Mollie Makes?)

Teresa said...

My favourite color at the moment: deep red and navy blue or deep red and green.

I'm a follower of your blog.

I don't know how to "follow" your blog. I read it when it comes up in Nicole Mallalieu's blog list sidebar thingo.

But I just "liked" you on facebook.

I don't know what my fave colour combo is, it depends in what situation we are talking.. To wear? Red and Black. To look at? Every colour of the rainbow, bright pop out of the screen colours. My fave place to sit in the afternoon sun is my daughters room - Purple and Black.

Hard to pick a favourite.

Gadzooks, I'm having a devil of a time posting a comment, so if this comes up a squillion times, I apologise....

I've heard about Mollie Makes, but am yet to clap my eyes on it. I'm a follower now, and living in a house circa 1950 I'm at home with all those pastels and I'm a bit partial to reds and greens. Fab giveaway!

Great giveaway! I think a striking blue and orange always look good together, although I do have a weakness for a warm colour combo and think the pink & orange look fab anyway! I really like the mix of colours on the ones in your shop too, very nice! :)
