I've just made this delicious cake (recipe via retromummy) because sometimes you just need to bake!
This cake is really moist (thanks to all the cream cheese). This is the first time I've baked in the oven in our new/old (built in 1913) apartment and I think I had it a bit too hot. Nevermind, it still tastes great and was exactly what I needed.

Raspberry cheesecake in Madrid! Desserty glamour! (except for the bit where it settles happily on my hips, which I wouldn't care about cos you can just tell that every bite would be totally worth it).
